I'm Eden, a licensed therapist who works with high-achieving, deeply feeling people who are tired of holding everything together alone. My clients tend to be the ones everyone else leans on: the fixer, the strong one, the one who has it handled. Therapy is where you get to stop performing that.

Meet Eden Marsh, LMFT

to give you back what a Sunday morning is supposed to feel like: .the one day nothing is required of you. No fixing, no managing, no performing.

my mission and ethos

My approach

I work at the pace of what's actually true, blending EMDR, attachment-focused work, and plain, direct conversation — no jargon, no performing certainty I don't have, and no room to perform okay-ness you don't feel either. Some sessions bring relief, some feel like work, and both mean the process is doing its job. What stays constant is this: you don't have to manage me, impress me, or protect me from how you're actually doing. That's not what this room is for.

Credentials
& Training

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), NC License #XXXXX
  • M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, [Graduate Program]
  • EMDR Trained, [Training Institute]
  • 10+ years supporting individuals through anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions

I spend most Sunday mornings outside, phone off, before the day asks anything of me.

Outside the Therapy Room

I'm a lifelong reader with a stack of half-finished books on the nightstand, and I've made peace with never finishing most of them.

I'm a sucker for a good comfort show, something I've already seen a dozen times and still love just as much.

Therapy isn't a last resort — it's a place to be honest, be challenged, and be cared for. If you're ready, I'd love to hear from you.
